39! Plus I'm currently reading David Copperfield. Also, I wanted to point out that I have read Madame Bovary, The Three Musketeers and Les Miserables in the original French.
ReplyDeleteI am wondering why Hamlet is there, as well as the complete works of Shakespeare. Seems redundant if you've read the complete works (I haven't. But I have read Hamlet)
The good thing about the ones we haven't read is that now we have an excellent book list for future reads. I needed to be reminded about some of these.
ReplyDeleteMy ten-year-old is now reading Swallows and Amazons, a book I loved at her age. Highly recommended from our house to yours...
I am going to have a better look at this list and maybe do my own post about it too. Great list to have!
