But I dislike having my furniture in the middle of the room even more, so we are motivated to just get this job DONE!
Step 1: Move furniture to middle of room.
Step 2: Repair walls, clean walls, tape off trim.
Step 3: Paint the edges and corners of walls with primer.
Step 3: Prime walls.
- Let primer dry.
- The next day/night, repeat edging and painting with first coat of paint.
- Drink wine.
- The day after that, repeat again with second coat of paint.
- Drink wine.
This is what you will end up with!
Let the paint dry before putting everything back!

Looks great! I love painting, but I don't like wall-washing or moving everything around. But once everything is set up, I love it! I'll be doing that too, in the next few months!
